What is your return policy?

Let's face it - buying from the internet can be difficult and time-consuming. Therefore, we've introduced a hassle-free process which includes a 21 day return policy for your order (prescription lenses are also included).

RETURN any product(s) from LUXEYES within 21 days of receiving your order:

→ Full Refund is offered for product(s) in unused and undamaged condition and with the original packaging from LUXEYES → All single vision, progressive prescription eyewear can only be returned if in unused and in original condition If you want to submit a return request, click HERE.

Do you offer a warranty on your products?

Yes we do offer a 3-month warranty. This warranty does not cover: scratches on sun lenses or prescription lenses; damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, shock, improper use or storage of the product; third parties' modifications or repairs as well as any damage caused by general day to day wear and tear.
We do not offer repairs. If your waarnty claim is approved you will be required to return the defective item and a replacement will be provided.

Where a replacement product is provided, it will only be under warranty for the remaining period remaining from the original warranty.
